• Project estimator — your answers about the product, name, work email, company (optional) and notes (optional).
• Automation assessment — your description of the process, related details you choose to add, name, work email and company (optional).

With each submission we also receive the page it was sent from and your browser's user-agent string. Your IP address is used to protect our forms from abuse; it is converted into a one-way hash for rate limiting rather than stored in readable form.
